We chose to dine in for lunch and were very underwhelmed. The food was standard for the pier. The part that irks me the most was their drinks. The kid sized drinks are tiny, not cheap, and don’t have free refills. The worst is that you can only get bottled water. They have a soda fountain machine, so there must be a water button. It bugs me so much that you can’t just have a cup of water. I don’t drink soda. So instead, I had to pay $2 for a bottle of warm water. I guess I get it that maybe the owners don’t want every person passing by to ask for a free cup of water, but when you’re sitting in the actual restaurant, being served by a waitress, it seems like a pretty standard practice to offer free refills and water to your paying customers. Places that nickel and dime like this, when they already charge inflated prices for mediocre food, are super annoying.

Found it.! This was a delicious experience. The Shrimp and Flounder were hot. There were two other platters: 1. Coconut shrimp platter 2. Crab cake sandwich. There were no complaints. 😎The bathroom was clean. We will return. Waitress was personable.

Very nice location and the food is good for the money. This is the hot spot I will come back they do not add a tip on the bill, and make you pay for like the other hot spots on the boardwalk.

We come here every year. Been 20 for me so far. The food is delicious and the portions are worth the costs. Love the calzone. What I get every time. We had a party of 11 and they sat us right away. Server was awesome. Didn’t get her name. But she was on the spot with refills or any other questions we may have had. If you are in Wildwood NJ, you have to go to the Hot Spot 👍🏼

Very quick service, waiters friendly. Good variety of eats. Prices are reasonable.
